Delete a used eGift Card from your wallet

The Prezzee Wallet allows you to easily view and manage your eGift cards.

To access your Wallet in app:
- Launch the Prezzee app on your smartphone
- Sign in
- Tap 'Wallet'

To access your wallet on Web:
- Navigate to our website www.prezzee.co.uk
- Sign in
- Click 'Wallet'

Once you have used all the remaining balance of a eGift card and wish to remove the card from your Prezzee Wallet, follow the below steps:
- First of all make sure you have used the retailer check balance to confirm there is no balance remaining. Once confirmed;
- Navigate to the card in your Wallet
- Tap the three dots icon in the top right
- Confirm you want to remove the card

Please note once a card has been deleted, it cannot be undone through the app, but you can contact Customer Care for assistance.
