Where is my eGift Card?

You will need a Prezzee account to use your eGift card.

To swap your Prezzee smart eGift Card, follow the following steps:

- Launch your eGift card (from the gift email or in your Prezzee Wallet) and choose ‘Swap now’
- Browse through the € retailers and select the one you wish to spend at (you’re not spending yet)
- Select the amount you wish to spend with that retailer (you don’t have to spend it all in one place)
- Optional: select ‘Add a card’ to swap your remaining balance for additional retailer(s) (you can swap up to 5 brands in one go)
- Confirm your swap
- Done!
 
You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later; just make sure to check the expiry date.

Your eGift cards will be kept safe and handy in your Prezzee Wallet.

note:  Make sure you’re certain of the retailers you’d like to swap your Prezzee Smart eGift Card to, because once you’ve swapped all or part of your Smart eGift card value it cannot be exchanged for another retailer later on if you change your mind.
