The Prezzee Wallet allows you to easily view and manage your Gift Cards. To access your Wallet, simply launch the Prezzee app on your smartphone, sign in, and tap Wallet.
You can also access your Prezzee Wallet via our website www.prezzee.uk
Once you have landed on the website, sign in and click Wallet.
Once you have used all the remaining balance of a Gift Card and wish to remove the card from your Prezzee Wallet, follow the below steps.
- Tap on the card
- Tap the Bin icon in the top right
- Confirm you want to remove the card card.
Please note once a card has been deleted, it cannot be undone through the app, but you can contact Customer Care for assistance.
