Sender Profile
The Sender Profile feature is used for different departments of the business i.e. Prezzee Customer Care, Prezzee Human Resources or Prezzee Finance to send an eGift card from those different departments to the recipient.
How to change or add a Sender Profile:
1. Click ‘Sender Profile’ in the banner at the top of the dashboard
2. Select ‘New Sender Profile
3. Enter in name for new Sender Profile + image and select SAVE
