Sure! Please visit our Gift Tracker and input your Clearpay Online Number to track your order and resend your Gift card.
Gift cards will be sent to the same email address entered upon the purchase of the gift cards.
To resend your gift or to edit the delivery details in case of a failed delivery:
- Enter your Online Number in our Gift Tracker (found in your Clearpay account's Order History)
- Select ‘Resend gift card’ or ‘Update details’.
